Circumcision Discussion

This drama carries on the topic of circumcision. The family is told about the plans for Peter's upcoming event. The issues talked about are:
Doing it safely
What is taught during the ceremonies surrounding it, and the parents steps to ensuring that what is taught is Biblical.
The differences between their tribal practices and Biblical practice.
The reason for it.
The issue of HIV and the misconception that if a man is circumcised he "can't get HIV".
This last one is because the WHO has been pushing circumcision as a means to diminish the rate of HIV infection. Studies have shown that it has that benefit. However, the interpretation on the ground has been that it means he will never get HIV. So he goes and has as many partners as ever. Serious public education has been needed to counteract that dangerous idea.
