SWORD Part 2

We are on our second to the last drama in this series about Spiritual Warfare. Remember this all occurred on the space of two nights according to the story line, but the style of the writing required short sequences so it is divided up. With each sequence I repeat a line or two from the previous drama to bring context and continuity. With next week’s drama I will also post the complete script as one unit for use in a longer presentation.

A panga is a word for a machete. The family is using it as the sword. The two older children are being allowed to handle it and get the feel of it. Peter has some experience with a machete and is being taught how to use it. But juggling the pieces of armor and the weapon makes them realize that it requires skill and practice.

Are you and I honing our skills with our weapon (the sword which is the Word of God) and armor (belt—truth, body armor—righteousness, boots—peace, shield—faith and helmet—salvation)?
