As they continue using household items to "arm" John, the family discuss how each piece works and how they work together. In doing this they realize that from a practical stand point a soldier could not operate alone. The soldier needs help to function.

So it is with us. We are not meant to operate alone. We won't be able to get the armor on by ourselves. We work together with others to stay safe.
