FAMILY DEVOTIONS

This drama is based on something that our family would do when we were growing up. Us children would (with our parents’ permission) “high jack” family devotions and run them ourselves. For some reason my brothers and I always elected to “play” church. I’m not sure why.

The format for our family devotions changed over the years as we grew up. The older we got the more we were expected to contribute to devotions. This was not, however, like what this drama describes. Usually this was in the form of what we had gotten out of our personal devotions.

But even from very young, devotions was something to involve us all.

This particular drama has quite a few asides and will require some specialized recording equipment and skills.
