WITCHCRAFT AND CURSES

This drama was one I was privileged to see performed on stage. The drama team in Lubumbashi selected it. They included this with the two others on witches that I posted last month. They were woven into a longer play. When they adapted it they identified the stuff smeared around as feces. (It sounds a lot better in French.)

When I first wrote this drama I did not have mention of the pastor coming to pray. My consultants advised me that that would be necessary. I put it in reluctantly. I felt that any believer should be able to deal with this situation within the family. However, I do not have experience with this context. So I put in a mention of the pastor coming. My understanding is theoretical. To my knowledge, no one has tried to put a curse on me.
